1)    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2)    Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over.   Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter

3)    The promotion commences on 03/10/2022 and closes 23.59 on 13/11/2022 (“Entry Period”) or while scratch cards last.

4)    To enter, purchase any Steinlager Ultra Low Carb at a participating venue to receive a scratch card with the opportunity to win a Huffer x Steinlager cap.

5)    Limit of two entries per person per week in participating liquor outlets. Limit of three entries per day per person and no more than 15 entries per week in participating on-premise venues.

Prize

6)    Prize pool consists of 4,640 Huffer x Steinlager caps (valued at approximately $50 each)

7)    There are 4,640 Huffer Hats to be won in total.

8)    Prizes are redeemable in participating store or venue.

9)    Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

11) In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

12) The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.

13) As part of the Promoter’s commitment to being a responsible producer and marketer of alcoholic beverages, it is part of the Promoter’s policy not to award prizes to people who have prior criminal convictions (particularly but not limited to convictions involving drink-driving or anti-social or violent behaviour).  Accordingly, you warrant that you do not have any previous criminal convictions.

14) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.  Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

15) The Promoter and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any prize.
